Refund Policy

I am committed to ensuring that my coaching services truly benefit you. I stand behind my services with a full money-back guarantee if you don’t find the coaching valuable. Please review the following refund policy, which applies to all individual coaching sessions as well as our monthly and annual retainer packages:

1. Full Money-Back Guarantee

• Satisfaction Promise: If you do not find our coaching services valuable, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completed coaching session.|
   

2. How to Request a Refund

• Step 1: Email me at brandon@parentalalienationcoach.ca with your request, including your name, service package, and details of the session in question.

• Step 2: I will review your request and respond within 48 hours with confirmation and next steps.

• Step 3: Upon approval, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
   

3. Monthly and Annual Retainer Coaching Services

• Monthly Retainer:

  • Refunds are applicable for the initial coaching session within the month if the 24-hour refund request window is met.

  • Subsequent sessions in the same month are considered part of an ongoing coaching relationship and are not individually refundable.

  • If you decide the service is not valuable during your monthly retainer, you may cancel your subscription, and no further charges will occur in the next billing cycle.
     

• Annual Retainer:

  • For clients on an annual plan, the refund policy applies in the same manner for the initial coaching session during the annual period.

  • Refund requests for subsequent sessions during the same annual subscription will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you are not satisfied with the service during your annual subscription, you may cancel for the remaining period; however, refunds will only be issued for the first session if the 24-hour window is met.
     

4. Additional Terms

• No Accrued Refunds: This refund guarantee applies only to the specific coaching session for which the refund request is submitted. Refunds are not accrued or transferable to future sessions.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Any additional materials, fees, or third-party costs are non-refundable.
